Product Availability
Because our team works with AT&T to have accessories available in time for handset launch, we can ensure that you have accessories in your stores by handset launch as well. Our Supply Chain team includes a full-time AT&T demand planner and a dedicated planner for the indirect channel. These inventory analysts work with you and your sales rep to ensure that the products you need are forecasted and available whenever you need them.

Order Options
Orders may be placed 24/7 through our Superior Online Ordering system (SOLO), which also includes convenient status reports about your account and orders. You also can place orders via phone, fax, EDI, e-mail or e-fax. Additionally, our team has worked with larger indirects to establish an auto-replenishment system. This system interfaces with your POS data to automatically generate recommended purchase orders based upon agreed-to formulas.

Fulfillment
We stock a pre-packed inventory of the hottest-selling AT&T accessories, meaning that orders to the indirect channel may be shipped in less than 24 hours. Orders that require custom labeling can be assembled and shipped within 48 to 72 hours. We can accommodate customer specifications related to carton and pallet configurations and labeling. We have experience fulfilling direct to retail locations or the consumer, as well as to distribution centers.

Shipping
We ship truckloads via customer-preferred carrier, though Superior’s own shipping contracts often provide customers with a better price and terms.  We also ship e-containers and cartons, and guarantee all wholesale shipments to the East Coast in three days. Our systems support tracking packages through multiple third party carriers.

Warehousing
With more than 225,000 square feet of warehousing and production space at our Irwindale, CA campus, we are able to house and manage multiple inventories, including raw materials for use in private label packaging, manufacturer retail-packaged items, pre-packed finished goods and customer-owned inventories.  Dedicated carousels hold finished goods to support quick fulfillment to the indirect channel.  We also have more than 5,000 positions for pallet loads.  All warehouse space is bonded and secured.
