Account Management
Each of our clients is supported by a specific account representative, who serves as part of a sales team focused on meeting your needs. Your account representative assists you with product recommendations, launches, troubleshooting and communicating with Superior’s corporate office.

Product Management
All accounts receive support from a program manager located at Superior’s corporate office, who works in tandem with the account representative to manage projects, document customer requirements, manage new item set-up and special packaging requests, and execute marketing programs.

Inventory Management
An inventory analyst can assist you in developing a forecast, planning for your product launches and transitions, establishing initial channel fill and reorder quanitities. Our team also can help you reach your objectives related to fill rates and inventory turns.

Customer Service
A customer service specialist completes the circle of support for our clients by assisting with the daily management of orders, scheduling and tracking. Orders can be placed via phone, fax, EDI, e-mail or e-fax. We also offer a 24/7 online ordering system (SOLO), which includes convenient status reports about your account and orders.

Accounting
We extend credit to qualifying customers and provide daily invoicing. Account summaries can be viewed through our on-line customer portal, SuperiorNet.
