Sales Training
We employ a full-time team of professional sales trainers to help you motivate and educate your sales force. Training topics include accessory technologies, specific features and sales training tips. Strategically located throughout the United States, we will book regional trainings for dealers with 10 or more retail locations. We will accommodate staff from smaller dealers at regional training sessions where possible. 

Promotions
Our marketing team assists you with development and execution of consumer promotions, including concept development, asset development and management, and ROI analysis.  Previous programs have included gifts with purchase, rebates, bundles supported by in-store POP, and on-line special offers.  We also have experience developing and managing incentive programs for your sales staff.

Communications
Our creative team can provide professional digital photography, design and copywriting to assist you with development of internal and external communication tools.  These tools could include compatibility matrices, which picture accessories compatible with top-selling handsets; digital “e-fliers” used to communicate accessory launches and policies to retail managers, and more. 

Merchandising
Superior provides you with “free fixture with purchase” offers.  Our wooden floor spinner matches the spinner used in T-Mobile direct stores, including convenient Snap Slat headers.  We can help you customize your spinner by creating header graphics for you.  Superior also designs plan-o-grams and consults with dealers about the best methods for merchandising accessories. We will reset a limited number of stores and create instructions for rolling out our accessory merchandising recommendations in all your stores.

Market Research
Superior engages in ongoing efforts to collect primary and secondary research related to wireless accessories.  Working in partnership with a top market research firm, we have designed and conducted what we believe to be the most extensive consumer and retailer study related to wireless accessory market size, shopping patterns and preferences.  We supplement this primary knowledge with ongoing analysis of industry and fashion trends, using the information to shape our product designs and promotional offerings.
