Intelligent Impact Protection

There are many solutions available in the market today; few, however, offer "Intelligent Protection." Similar to screen protection, device protection that guards against falls and unforeseen impacts are a necessity for today's wireless devices.

While most manufacturers rely on multi-layer application of familiar plastics and silicone for enhanced protection, Superior has developed the technology to isolate impact points and protect by dampening the force of the impact. This allows for the design and manufacturing of aesthetically superior carrying solutions with less bulk and targeted protection where it's needed.

IID is possible through the combination of device specific design and use of engineered materials such as DuPont's Hytrel® and Sorona®, Sorbothane® and 3M EAR.

Superior has also developed the process flow and application parameters of applying the engineered material to device specific designs. To comply with international quality standards, ethical marketing standards and to differentiate the product from competitor offerings we conducted extensive drop tests along with other standardized tests for material integrity and manufacturing quality.
